• neutral(black)

Wiring a Light  switch:

The below drawing explain the  wiring a light switch

The wiring a light switch is connection between the switch and light.

the phase of the supply will be connected from switch to light and neutral will be connected from the neutral line.

3 Way switch connections:

In this drawing, the power is coming in to the first switch, flowing along to the second switch and ends at the light. The ground wire will always be attached in each box and flow right to the end fixture
